Menus are based on a simple philosophy of the best quality local ingredients.

We use 100 percent fresh organic ingredients, mostly fruits and vegetables cultivated in the Vanuatu island resort’s Kitchen Garden–from pineapples, oranges and grapefruit, to coconuts, tarot, tomatoes and leafy greens.
These are supplemented by local meats from the island's own cattle ranch and the catch of the day from local anglers.
