Depending on your mood, choose an elegant dinner on white linen in the Yacht Club dining room, a casual beach barbecue or a relaxed French-style tablecloth picnic on the white sands of nearby islands.

Menus are based on a simple philosophy of the best quality local ingredients. We use 100 percent fresh organic ingredients, mostly fruits and vegetables cultivated in the island’s Kitchen Garden–from pineapples, oranges and grapefruit, to coconuts, tarot, tomatoes and leafy greens. These are supplemented by local meats from the island's own cattle ranch and the catch of the day from local anglers.

Ratua’s wine cellar houses vintages from around the world–including some Australian, New Zealand and French wines. You will also discover some special champagne and wines exclusively imported from France just for Ratua.
